The writing style cues reversed Email

In the world of work today, to coordinate, workers tended to use email, because it is more practical and well documented. Problems that arise later is this practice eliminates all the vocal and visual clues, for example, volume, body language or facial expressions.
It is usually used to convey the meaning that is not captured by the words. Sarcasm, excessive speaking style and emotional tone can be seen from the style of writing emails and can lead to misunderstandings. But, over time as a reader email, we will be more understanding and can understand what it means sending the email, not only of the contents of the email but from the writing. As quoted from the huffingtonpost.com, Heidi Grant Halvorson, PhD, psychologist and author of "Succeed: How We Can Reach Our Goals', reveals the latest research related to this. Which identified three cues that often appear in writing an email, and can describe the moods, motivations and personality of the author an email.1. Many errorsErrors in writing, either grammar or misspellings can leave a bad impression on the reader, that you are ignorant people. This error could be a clear sign of apathy and even disrespectful.Email 'sloppy' is also able to make people doubt on your statement. According to Heidi, it's like when you yawn in front of someone who was talking to you. Avoid this by always ensuring there was no error in the email you send, always double check before you click the 'sent'. 2. The first person perspective versus third personCompare the following two sentences: "We decided in the meeting to postpone the event sales" with "It has been decided in the meeting that sales event postponed". The core of the second message is the same sentence. The difference lies in writing from the perspective of first person (we), whereas the second sentence is written in a more formal style. Research shows that people often make assumptions when you choose the style of writing the second, namely that you do not have the position of the 'same'.Then, write in third person perspective create the impression that significantly more 'hostile' and less formal than the first sentence. Writing is also likely to use a supervisor on the men to give them an assignment.3. Exclamation markExclamation points in emails reveal more than just your enthusiasm. While you may not intend it, an exclamation mark also tells the reader that you see them in collegial and more familiar. Informality and emotional suppression shows the relationship of friendship, not just mere employment relationship.
