Williams struggles in the U.S. Open Grand Slam has

"I am very disappointed at having to withdraw from U.S. Open this year," said Venus reported by Reuters.
"I was diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome, an autoimmune disease which is a medical condition that affects my energy levels and cause fatigue and joint pain," he explained.
Venus actually started the tournament well. He won the victory over Vesna Dolonts in the first half.
