According to the official website of the UI, Heintz considered successful in addressing the issue of cancer through the enhancement of human resources in health care. Heintz has the dedication and contribution in pioneering the health education program in Indonesia. He has invited experts from the Netherlands to transfer their knowledge to the doctors and nurses in Indonesia at a cost which is fully funded by some charitable organizations and several foundations in the Netherlands through a structured program in the School of Gynaecological Oncology and Pelvic Surgery Netherlands.
Heintz also promoted a guest lecturer program for gynecologic oncologists Netherlands, in the service of ongoing scientific progress, education, and organizations in the division Cipto Mangukusumo Gynecology Oncology and University of Indonesia.
